Has The Android TV Box Firmware Upgrade Killed USB File Access?

Hi,

I have the Vodafone TV box , it was ok to play videos on the USB drive, but recently it might have gone through updates and it won't let me read any usb hdd?

    There was an update about a year ago that broke the ability to play ntfs.

    I asked Vodafone about it, they sent me a refund for both my boxes.

    I tried a few solutions and finally settled on JS USB OTG. Install it on your Vodafone TV device and you should be able to access all media.

    It also has a trial version as well. I am using this app to view movies from WD Passport 2 TB without any issues.
