Is anyone else having issues with eBay support?
Almost all of the time I try to use their chat support, I get an error:
"Sorry, xyz. We're having technical difficulties. Please try again later."
Their phone support just tells you to go to the website. And their Australian twitter account barely responds.
Is anyone else able to try the "Chat with Us" button on this page and see if you can actually interact with a chat agent after you type something to them?
Select any account related issues, it will get you agent. Tell them it is not account related and give short description of issue and they will redirect you to proper team.
I wish it was as simple as selecting a different issue, but it has nothing to do with the selection; it's the chat app itself.

I understand it is chat related, but if you got to Account related issues you will not see above message. Try it.
You should be given a phone # to ring, as a Plus member.
Try starting on Menu pad "eBay Plus" & look for How to Contact…
There is a phone number to ring (ph: 1800 322 928) but they have an automated voice service that says to use the website, nothing else.
Hence I'm forced to use chat support, that doesn't even seem to work!
Has anyone noticed that ebay support has changed?
Before it used to go to Philippines but now i believe it's in India?
The help/chat window has also changed?
Before support was really good - but now it's absolutely useless, the CSR are really stubborn ….
They're sh.t anyway. Unless you get your money's worth for shipping, get rid of it.
