Thanks for the 1/3 of a roll!

    • +2

Quite generous if you ask me 😉

    • Lol almost equivalent to 1 day's worth of commissions with the adventurer's guild!

    • Get that Albedo

  • +3

I gotta remember that Genshin codes are ozb worthy haha

    • +8

Haha yeah considering it's premium currency I feel it's worth posting these codes as they come up.

      • +2

Yep, totally agree. Just mostly surprised at the popularity haha. Thanks for posting!

    • game is really popular so yeah

  • +4

ahaha always shocks me to see genshin codes on ozb

  • +1

AR rank need to be 10 and above to claim >_<

    • It is too late to start now and get ar rank 10? Takes how long?

      • +4

        Few hours

  • Game worth playing? Or is it pay to win

    • +9

Definitely worth playing. I'm least 50 hours in and haven't hit any pay walls. Great game, I do believe it's the highest budget free to play game ever made ($100m).

I downloaded this just to be a casual game on my phone, but it's turned into the main game I'm playing on PC.

    • +7

Worth playing if you ignore the gambling completely, and don't get sucked into playing daily. Play it when you want, not let it play you.

      • +3

Lol I feel personally attacked. Logging in to do the daily play stuff has become a priority for me.

    • +1

Worth playing, but can be highly addictive. I’m just buying the monthly pass and still loving it since launch day.

    • +8

There is nothing to win, its a PvE game

    • +4

Story and production level is better than a lot of AAA titles and you can beat everything easily without spending anything. Gets a bit boring when there are no new events but it's good for casual gamers

    • are the game play on phone vs pc vs ps4 the same? Can i create an account and play on all of them and keep the progress?

      • +5

pc , android and ios share the same save file,
PS4 is on different save file

  • What is this? I know I want it because it's free, but what is it.

    • +1

      In-game currency.

  • +2

Wow that's the smallest giveaway I've seen. They're getting a bit tight on the freebies.

  • +19

    Give GSIMPTq125 a go

    • +1

      worked. Thanks!

    • +1

Can op put this on the top there?

  • +1

How many hours you guys play in one day? Just wanna know if im playing too much or not lol

    • +1

Currently AR52, plays 1-2hrs daily. Its addictive to start, but got nothing to do after.

    • Just dailies on busy day and 3 to 4 hours if not. Lol.

    • +2

When first started I did like 4hrs/night for about a month. I binge again with each major update (1.1 / 1.2) maybe ~4hrs/night for about a week until I reach the endgame again.
During the endgame (AR45 atm) probably ~ 40mins/day with daily tasks/condensed resin/weekly tasks too. Another 20 or so if they have some special event going, like the gliding and food delivery events before or the treasure hunting one now.

I've noticed whenever I run out of things to do I'm tempted to waste the saved primogems on wishes lol. So I shut the game off before I do.

      • just use your primogems lol, try to get new characters

        • I've got most of of them via strategically spreading wishes over different banners :). Plus I follow the genshin news and know there are some cool looking new characters coming up. Worth saving for.

        • Horrible advice, save till you want something

    • You can't play too much. Got nothing to do after 2hrs

  • I only just got to adventure rank 10 (mainly to claim these for now) and don't know much about what to do with these.

Are wishes the only thing worth spending the primogems on? Apparently you could also buy acquaint fate or intertwined fate, or refill original resin, but I've not looked into them.

And should you spend the primogems immediately or wait until a particular adventure rank, etc.?

    • +1

Spend it immediately on wishes so you can have new / better characters or weapons.

    • +1

Only spend on wishes until you reach endgame and then sometimes you might spend elsewhere.

No reason to save - you don't get anything better later. Better to have now so you can use it while levelling.

      • +2

Good to get few extra characters at the start to make the game easier.

But might want to save some primos for later if waiting for particular characters to one day show up on the character banner, which changes every 3 weeks. That's how I got many of the characters I wanted.

    • +2

Only acquaint/intertwined fates are worth spending primogems on. They're used to make wishes.
Don't ever buy resin, nearly no-one does that.
Recommended to spend now on either the beginner banner (the one with Noelle) or the character banner which changes every 3 weeks. The current rotation of character banner actually has very useful fun characters (Fischl/Bennett/Sucrose) so if you find spare primogems, recommended to wish on it now before it disappears in 3 days.

    • +2

The Acquaint/Intertwined Fates are wishes (just for different banners). Most people buy Acquaint Fates as that's what you use on the limited banners. You can buy the fates and not use them straight away but you might as well keep them as primogems if you're doing that just incase MiHoYo intros something else worth buying.

Spend now if you want to try get the characters/weapons on the limited banners (e.g. spend now if you wanna get Albedo or if you'd prefer Ganyu, then save and spend when her banner is active) - your level does not impact what you get but you do need to be aware of your ability to grind the ascension mats you need.

I personally would not recommend using primogems for refilling resin unless you're spending real money to push levels. You can get away with using fragile resins if you really need a refill that day.

  • +2

There is no rush to play this, AR50 is damn boring

    • What is ar50

      • +1

        Adventure Rank 50 I think

  • wth went to join and they don't allow special characters in passwords.
Edit: Actually it allows special characters just doesn't allow 16 character passwords (even though it says 8-30 characters)

  • +6

GENSHINGIFT - if no one has used it before 50 Primogems, 3 Hero’s Wit

  • Omg trying to play now just rank 6 so many hours already did I do it wrong….. How to get to 10 faster….

    • +1

The balance for this game is way skewed, so don't worry too much. Basically, follow the story and don't invest too much time into world exploring/gathering/EXPing yet. Also don't invest too much resources into characters/weapons/artifacts until you read up on what is actually good. Good luck!

      • im afraid all the above codes will expiry when i reach AR10 haha

        • +1

Don't worry too much about those codes. They come semi-regularly, and given they are ozbargain-worthy, you'll see more in the coming weeks. Ganyu banner is coming up shortly, and undoubtedly there will be free gems given out then as well.

        • do 4 daily commission and collect the completion of those 4 commission in adventure guild and battle pass screen to get ran.
collect anemoculus also a good way to get rank
the map is in here https://genshin-impact-map.appsample.com/#/
dont forget to mark as found if you have collected it to make your life easier later.

  • Use the code: genshingift
For 50 Primogems + some extras
