Looking for a SIM Card That Can Receive Text and Won't Expire if Not Topped up - Any Suggestions Please?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a cheap SIM that I can use to setup a Whatsapp Business account, one that I won't need to keep topping up so that the number won't expire.

Any suggestions?

    You own a business and you won't pay literally $5 a year for an Aldi SIM?

    Literally does not exist

    All sims will expire (as required by law)
    The longest they can legally leave a sim active is 365 + 30 days
    Just get a 365 sim and top it up once a year with $10 or something

    How about Lycamobile PAYG? It says just have to make a call/send a text every 90 days to maintain the service. Nothing mentioned about the expiry date of the credits.

    This has existed before from various supplier such as Three Australia but now all extincted and no more.
