  So the image is too big for the screen and I am not able to make it any smaller. I cannot move the projector closer or make the screen bigger.
  Does anyone know if there are any other tricks or software updates to minimize the image below 75%

  Otherwise unfortunately I have just bought a $250 paper weight.
