Chances of Pixel 5 going on sale next week due to Samsung event?

What are the chances that the Google Pixel 5 will go on some sort of sale next week to align with the samsung galaxy unpacked event that's on?

    Not likely, the Pixel 5 full RRP is around $999 so it is aimed at different markets (premium mid range), I would think if Samsung were releasing another premium mid ranger (e.g. S20 Fan edition) then they may adjust slightly. I guess would depend on how well the Pixel 5 is selling etc etc. The new S21 5G base models would be around $1349 at launch, with the s21 Ultra I reckon will be around $1800+
