Yes, it is 47 cents more expensive than the recent offers by JB Hi-Hi and Amazon but those offers have expired now. Also, no waiting time to get and play it and you save the time and drive to JB Hi-Fi. Also, no Prime required for this. ;-)

This is from 2017, definitely not one of the first PS4 games or even an early one. I think it's one of the most visually impressive games this generation (on console) and I think that's the consensus view. I didn't downvote you but I'm curious what you think a good-looking PS4 game is if you think this appears dated?

Bizarre comment really. This is one of the few games where I sometimes just stop and soak up the view. Great art design and incredible graphics all round for a relatively underpowered device.
Yeah, the only PS4 games I'd say look better would be TLoU Pt 2 and Ghost of Tsushima. Even there I think I stopped to soak in the view more in Horizon than in either of those.
Ghost, LoU1, LoU2, Shadow of the tomb raider, only ones I’ve played recently but those look like a modern game and the game play controls feel responsive and good. Horizon just didn’t feel nor look good.
Another example - Cold War looks and feels dated compared to MW2019. Exact same case.
I'm with you again mate. barring the neg votes for sure (again) - the comments above are all talking about how beautiful the game is. I dont think I ever said the game was ugly. The gameplay felt sluggish for me, the battle, the riding the animal thingy, the terrain, just sluggish and doesn't engage enough. And I put a few good hours into this game.
@RichDad PoorSon: Yes idk why people are so amazed by this clearly dated game. Maybe these guys have only been playing crappy cheap sale games and have no idea what a good modern game even feels like.
The environment is average, but the character models are trash in Horizon.
What are you talking about?? This was not one of the first games on ps4 at all, it came out 2017. It also easily still holds up and is one of the best looking ps4 exclusives around
It's not an exclusive anymore. It's on PC. I'm playing it currently

What a bizzare take, personally it still looks better than many games coming out today and impresses immediately. And I’m a gfx snob.
Wtf no. That beginning stage where you’re the kid and you go into the cave. They just cover it up with fancy neon lights but the entire thing looks off and crappy. Doesn’t look impressive at all. Just looks and plays like an old game. Not a fan.

sony will put out a ps5 version and make you buy it again because they believe in generations.
Good game, but after getting all weapons and discovering all machine types (40 hours), it gets bored as levelling up or rewards from side quests are not worth it.
My all time favourite console game, hands down

This is a good game but honestly was underwhelmed tbh. After playing this for the first couple hours I thought…"Eh, I've played this before". Felt like a Tomb Raider clone with some electronics.
Agreed. This is the one PS4 classic where I couldn't get into it. I came to it late, not sure if that made a difference.
Currently playing Ghost of Tsushima and loving it.
Brilliant game, this along with Witcher 3 are my all time favourites on PS4.

Great game! i bought it as at $20 and didnt regret it one bit, a great story and quests were fun too.
I already have the base version on disc and just finished the main campaign. Wondering whether it would be worth getting this just for the Frozen Wilds, what do you guys think?
