I guess first question is are they legit? should I buy from them or am I better of purchasing from the bigger retailers i.e. Bing Lee, Good Guys?
I'm also particularly interested in knowing about the post sales support and warranty.

Know the owners- can vouch they are decent people. Bought a few things from them over the last few years.
i have not done my due diligence (checking if their front store does exist) but I assume they do really have brick & mortar shop down at Homebush West, Sydney?
They did have a warehouse where I collected things from but im not sure if its open to public or I was allowed in cause I know them. I've moved to Tasmania 3 years ago and haven't had any dealings with them since. I can confirm though the homebush address is where I had gone.
if you know the owners do you mine contacting them as me along with many other people are being scammed, just ordered a fridge and their number is offline they dont respond to any emails or contact and there is no refund or deliveries.. im one step away from getting police involved if they dont give me my fridge or contact me
Bought a bread maker about five years ago. Straight forward transaction. No issues with appliance so can't help regarding after sales service.
