Was hoping to get a couple of Panettones, but they seem to not be on shelves at my local supermarkets anymore. I presume there are a stack left over somewhere, and they won't keep till next Christmas; any ideas where to find some? (Melbourne, preferably West side)
Where to Buy Panettone after Christmas?

What an accident it was finding this thread. I guess I know where I'm going next time I'm down that way!!
I'd give LaManna - 10 English St, Essendon Fields VIC 3041 or Pasta Al Dente - 18 Assembly Dr, Tullamarine VIC 3043 a go
*shrug.
I buy 14 in December. They last me the whole year. One a month, plus an extra one on my bday and one for actual xmasYou must have some decent storage space…
There's always room for more Panettone. You will learn this soon enough.
I suppose I could stuff some into the roof cavity
they wont go bad ?
Their flavour starts to change a bit from April.
It's only when you get to September that u start to wonder what you're doing
Give Monticello Cakes & Continental Gelati a call….
835 High St, Thornbury VIC 3071
It is traditionally a Christmas/NY thing but try a few of the Italian grocers. There might still be the odd one around.
They would have been discounted and sold on Boxing Day or perhaps even Christmas Eve.
But if you try some Italian grocers or bakeries you might still find some. It’s also becoming more common to eat it at Easter as well so Italian grocers may stock them until Easter.
