My Jack Russell had a bunch of cute puppies and in the modern age it seems difficult to sell them and find good homes without becoming a registered breeder.
In the old days you would just pop a post up in the trading post and have a bunch of calls on the Thursday.
Any thoughts on the best way to approach this?

Those people are registered breeders, if you click details it has their breeder numbers and registration dates
You could try the local paper, some people still read it.

Nothing, some people are just too anal about things.
Paying some exorbitant amount of money to the council = instant validation for them.. it makes no sense
I “dated” a registered breeder for a very short period of time and she was constantly bitching about unregistered breeders undercutting her prices and driving the market down. I think a lot of people think an unregistered breeder is the same thing as a puppy farm.
@mapax: Becoming a registered breeder is another money grab. Sure there are some irresponsible people out there but there are also a lot of irresponsible breeders running what are essentially puppy farms too.
