Best All Season Quilt + Recommended Brands

Hey Guys

I need to buy some new bedding, and need to buy a new quilt for my queen bed.
I went into Harris Scarfe recently & was overwhelmed by the different types (eg cotton, wool, feather/down, microfiber), brands (and varying prices) of the quilts that they had there.

I want an all-season quilt, and something that obviously feels soft, fluffy and nice.

What stores/websites provide the best value for buying a quilt?
I’m happy to spend a few extra dollars to get something that gives me a good night sleep, though at the same time I don’t want to be overpaying (this is ozbargian after all ☺️).

All opinions are welcome.

    IKEA. They have multiple thicknesses and fillings on display you can touch and feel. There's a chart for warm/cool rating too.

    I bought an Alpaca quilt from Goulburn … Its awesome - bought one for the campertrailer too…
    Its so toasty and breathes very well….
    Wont go back to a wool/micro.

    Comes in two layers, I use one for summer months and clip two 2 together for the winter months.
