Over all my testing it seems every time I use Cashrewards and buy something on aliexpress on my phone, the first transaction never tracks but other purchases made shortly after will track just fine.
I use the same process for every transaction, I return to cashrewards and click through between transactions in case that makes a difference.
Does anyone else have this problem? I haven't tried via shopback so no idea if I get the same problem there.
I will admit I use the app, when I go through the CR app I click cart which brings up the AliExpress app, then I can search for products from there. That being said though I do the same thing for the second (and subsequent purchase) which all seem to track every time.
I have also tried making sure the AliExpress app is completely closed before doing this, I have also tried clicking cart to open the app, closing it then going back to CR and clicking through to AliExpress and cart again.

I've had it happen when I bought the same item from the same seller twice within the space of a few minutes, first one didn't track and the second did (as for why I purchased it twice separately, it was because the moment you try buy 2 it charged you more for shipping and it was cheaper to buy 2 separately due to this.
What did CR say?
Never asked then why it doesn't track the first transaction. I have put in a few claims in the past and they have always told me something along the lines of the same wasn't credited to them but they have credited me with whatever the cashback should have been.
I don't bother most of the time though because they are small amounts and it's not worth the time/effort to me.
I was hoping by posting it here someone would say it happens for them too and they found a way to make it always track using some weird process or something >_>
Do you use the Aliexpress app or keep in the CR browser? The $5 bonus ones I did a few days ago all tracked instantly by keeping it to the CR app. I always find it a bit iffy when it comes to opening a different app to complete purchase including with Shopback
