  • Be aware, cashback from cashrewards for nord is very slow.
I bought on a similar deal in November and it still shows as 'pending'. It says estimated date is in Feb so it looks like it's a 3 month wait.

The majority of cashbacks are usually a 3 month wait..?

      • +1

Ok, I never knew. Thanks for the info. The nord 'cashback' was my first … and my last, I think. Each to their own, but too long a wait for me. I think they should indicate the wait time for each deal if they're not all the same. 3 months (or longer) isn't negligible.

Edit: The cashback guarantee with nord is 30 days, so I don't know why cashrewards needs you to wait a further 2 months beyond this.

        • Yeah I think mine took about 2-3 months.

I just bought though this deal and it says:

"Once NordVPN confirms your cashback, it will be added to your available rewards. This can take anywhere from one to 100 days."

BTW not sure why you got negged.

All most all cash rewards deals takes few months to get the money….

Grabbed this the last time it was offered. Cashback has come through. Two years of VPN for about $15-20 is great, and it has worked very well so far.

Is this where we comment price in title?

question, i already have a nord vpn account, but i never bought anything from them, as i just created it a few months back.
does this account qualify for this cashback?
or should i just create a new nord account just to be sure?

    • +1

I'd use a new accnt. If nord recognises you as an existing customer it won't work.

      • +1

just created a new account and received an email about the AUD 100.99 cashback.
        great deal.

  • Just grabbed this. How long does it take for the purchase to show in cashrewards?

    • Took mine about 2 hours to show on a previous deal.

    • Took about 45 minutes

  • Currently on PIA and looking at moving as subscription is ending and research suggests its recent sale posses privacy risk.

    Nord or Windscribe?

    • Definitely not Windscribe. That is super slow.

    • I use Nord for Amazon Prime for overseas. Works great. I was with PIA in the past and doesn't work as good as Nord. No idea about Windscribe.

  • My PIA gonna expire soon. When do I have to activate this deal?

  • +1

My Windscribe ran out, I'm pretty happy with this.
I've resisted the cash back deals but some like this and the $60 back on 12mth Amaysim were just to good.

Your cash is on its way!
    AUD 100.84

  • i'm using Nord right now and ironically I can't login to my CR account with the VPN enabled to check if my cashback was actually paid or not.

  • Is there anything stopping me from choosing a country like Belarus in the checkout to avoid the 10% VAT? Does this have an effect on my account long term?

    • Did you try this?

I'm waiting to jump on the next Nord deal & would like to know, thx
