I just received my Good Guys concierge credit this morning via email (rather than SMS) and noticed there is now a $100 minimum spend. It seems they can change the credit conditions at any time per the T&C's.

I'm annoyed. I obtained the Concierge service with my coffee machine on the proviso that I could buy beans, descalar etc a few times a year. In fact, that's how it was sold by the sales staff. Now it feels like a marketing scheme rather than legitimate benefit.
Any other experiences, thoughts?
Surely t's and c's can't be changed afterwards?
Just talk the good guys and ask for a refund of the concierge cost or a reversion to what it was.
