[Solved] P Plate Users?

I saw a post by a P plate user, and wanted to check what that means, or what the criteria is.
But the P graphic isn't a link, and there doesn't seem to be a reference to that icon in the Pages menu.
Google shows a discussion where L & P platers are described more colloquially as new and nearly new members, but the user I was looking at registered 3+ years ago.

Can somebody please point me to what a P plate icon means?
