They were as low as $500-550 during black friday

    • +2

$550 and im keen for sure…

      • 520 using cba Cashback for a kogan grey import. I got on that deal straight away and this robot is amazing!

        • What's the cba cashback?

          • @ToonarmY: It's gone now :( but cba has rewards and one of them was get 30 back at kogan and it ran over the black Friday weekend

    It's an international model. Sigh!

    • Is that a bad thing?

      • I heard something abt house insurance last time

    • Good, can't buy a Xiaomi without band 28 can we?

    • For anyone wondering… I bought the international model roughly 6 months ago and it's great. So if you don't mind the lack of warranty (if that's the actual problem with it, I don't even know to be honest) then it's a fantastic buy. Don't know what we'd do without this thing actually… Massive time saver.

Physically the only difference I'm aware of is the plug. (which an AU adapter is included for)

  • Come on sale on S6 variants

  • $50 cheaper if use this gift card.

      doesn't look like it's a model on the list…?

      • Sorry, I didn't check the details.

Nope. This vacuum isn’t eligible for $50 gift card.

  • Went with the Deboot T8 AIVI with the JbHiFi Boxing day price. Couldn't be happier. Have actually outsourced all the vacuuming and mopping to a robot. A small price to pay to not have to worry about pointless busy work.

    • What was the price ?

Tossing up between this and the S5 Max.

      • $999. Down from $1299.
Probably been cheaper before but seemed like a decent discount.
I wanted something that could do some sort of mopping but to be able to distinguish between carpet and hardfloors. From memory, the Roborock doesn't know what (profanity) floor it's on.

        • I would use only on tiled floor. I guess I’ll have to take a closer look at which performs better. I guess grouts maybe a problem too ?

        • I know the Deebot T8 comes with standard mop and oscillating mop. Does it distinguish between carpets and hard floors when using oscillating mop? The manual is not very clear.

        • Ended up making an offer that was accepted on Ebay to ecovacs_australia_official_store for $994 (Bunnings Pricematch)

Good for offloading all those Ebay GC CB deals

  • If you have GIO insurance or a suncorp account, you can buy kogan egift cards for 6% off - benefits.suncorp.com.au, login with your account. The egift cards arrive at your email within a few minutes. You can then enter the gift card numbers into the kogan.com website, also immediately, for kogan credit, and then use this to purchase the roborock.

This brings the price down to $564 (to buy 6x $100 kogan egift cards), but takes a bit of work.

  • $595 + shipping at gearbest too

  • I bought the dreame d9 black friday presale with promise of it being delivered in December, and then it got pushed to Feb.

Annoying as I would have got the S5 max black friday instead.

  • It's now $649 at Kogan!!!!
