Common problem… I need to spend $30 for a voucher and have found something for $29.99 :(
There are actually sellers who charge you $1 for nothing! To 'make up the difference'.

Why don't you buy something you actually would need soon anyway, like a box of detergent or some stationary. Also why do you even care about 1 solitary cent.

I bought some seeds for about 1-2 dollars shipped. At least they’re useful!
All fixed priced items are $1 or more
Best bet is to find an auction that is less than $1
Agree! I found some sticker sheets for auction at 10c but the auction ended after my voucher expires…
I bought a button battery for $1.10 the other day to get me over the line-always useful to me
