Decent price if you need one, Usually $25-$30 from the usual computer shops.
UPDATE: Price increased by 99c on 1 Jan. Go figure!

I believe Unifi APs come with injectors. More for IP cameras if you only want to run one.
Just in case you need to run more than one, this can save GPO.

this is a managed 5 port switch WITHOUT poe
i dont know why this even exists… why would you need to manage 4 devices????
Lol I upvoted that without checking assuming it's a POE switch. This would be handy at the end of a powerline adapter for example. to connect more devices.
@gadget: I upvoted for the lulz
I do admit that 8 port for $67 w/ 4 active poe ports is an ok deal I guess?
also:
Item Weight 410 g
Department Unisex adults
Now switches need genders I guess?
@tonyjzx: Get with the program. It’s 2021!!!
You neee to refer you to switches as they, them, their regardless of which department sells them.
@gadget: I totally believed this was POE for some reason.
Maybe I was already drunk……
Link must have been this

@SnoozeAndLose: Only 100mbps though (enough for IP cam but not for Access Points)
@OldSchoolHarry: You pay more to get a gigabyte one, I think the main purpose is Poe for camera which 100mbps is more than enough
Sorry dumb question, but if I wanted to run one of these for an IP camera could I use a spare injector from an old Unifi AP? Or are they different somehow?
Unifi APs do come with one unless it is the OEM version.
Thanks OP I might need ine of these if my Hikvision NVR cant power a Ubiquiti Nanoswitch, grabbed one just in case!
this is is better https://www.amazon.com.au/TP-LINK-TL-SF1008P-100Mbps-Desktop…?
Only need an injector to run a poe passthrough switch - thatll just waste space and ports
Got any recommendations for a 5 port poe passthrough switch?
Does it come with a power supply ?
I see 240volts in the description and 48volts in the picture.
I want to play around with POE but 'plug and play' in this instance is a bit scary
According to the TP-Link site, yes
240V ac mains input to POE adapter (same as any home appliance) and 48V DC output to RJ45 connector
It does. I have one for a VOIP phone, works perfectly.
Only af? Seems a bit old and would expect at in this day and age.
It's been superseded by the TL-POE160S which is at.
Thanks - i'm guessing we use this with Unifi AP?
