I have recently been given a jb hifi gift card.
I am able to check the balance and everything looks fine, the expiry date is ok and the balance is enough for what I want to buy, however when I go to use the card it says coupon does not exist
Anyone had this problem before?
I'm not 100% sure but you may be inputting the gift card code in the wrong area. Sometimes there is a 'coupon code' section and a 'gift card' section. Make sure you're using the correct one
I once waited around 15 minutes at the counter in store for three cashiers to collectively enter the gift card number in the right place. There must be more than one field on the POS side of things.

You may be entering it wrong. Avoid copy-pasting if it's a digital one as can sometimes leave a blank space at the end or cut off a digit or so. Type it in manually and give it a try. If no luck, give them a ring in the morning.
