  • Any thoughts on these? Thinking of an entry level petrol unit. But considering the $199 Gerni unit at Bunnings as well

whats the verdict on this model? I need something to do some light washing duties around the house including:
    - cleaning the gutters of dirt. Is this to strong that it'll strip out the gutter paint layer?
    - washing car
    - driveway
    and other odd things

Can you use it without using the long nozzle for when you are washing the gutter it would be too long to manage whilst standing on a ladder?

  • Also wondering about the capability. Anyone used it to get mould off limestone?

    • To get mould removed I believe you will need stronger pressure one. 2000psi.

Correct me if I was wrong. Thanks

Yeah it still does the job but would prefer something more powerful than 2000 psi.

I didn't purchase this model for that reason anyways, it's good for washing cars.

One thing I really dislike is the plastic hose.. Really difficult to drag it because it tangles and then you end up pulling the pressure washer and tip over. If there's a garden hose material like replacement for the Karcher, I'd be happy with this.

Oh and speaking of tipping over, don't really see the point having wheels if he doesn't roll.. Cheap plastic wheels doesn't work at all lol.

Costco just had this for 219 with the deck kit. Its not bad to use around the house but not strong enough to damage car paint. The long hose comes very handy.

Ryobi is more powerful than this for $139 with 4 years replacement warranty. Or Gerni comes with aluminium pump with 5 years warranty for 149 or 199 with lots of accessories.
Probably paying for karcher brand name and read somewhere thier warranty is terrible..
