Trying to apply Kogan Mobile voucher giving error ----> "Invalid Voucher"

Trying to use a voucher code purchased via Kogan Mobile Prepaid: LARGE (90 Days | 20GB Per 30 Days) - Port Over Offer Plan.
I am just using the mobile number came with the SIM card and do not have any old number to port from.

Is this the reason I am getting "Invalid Voucher" error?
Is this code ONLY works if I am porting from any non-Kogan provider to Kogan?
