            I'm sorry for all the drama with this order. We've had repeated delays and had been sending out communication to affected customers, but I just checked, and it seems that you weren't on the mail out. Bad form by us, and I do apologise.

            There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your address, so I've placed an "elevated enquiry" which should prioritise your delivery and give us some better information on what's going on here. As soon as I hear more, I'll let you know.

            In the meantime, any questions whatsoever, please feel free to reach out.

                @Easy Money: After a lengthy time…. my delivery was returned to Mr Black "undeliverable" by couriers puhhhlease.

                Somewhat interestingly - the address was correct, and they have delivered here numerous times.
                Mr Black offered full refund or to resend the shipment. i took the latter, still yet to get the new tracking number (hoping for a dif courier).

                  @lethalmoney: arrived safely after a complaint to couriers please and Mr Black reshipped. Asides from the initial delay, all the other issues were courier related and Mr Black were good to deal with
