Maybe this will help someone out…..Had an interesting experience ordering from Kogan. I ordered a Dunlopillo for $69 as the result of seeing this Oz Bargain post: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/584309. Ordered it on 25/11/20 with a 1-3 business day dispatch. When it hadn't arrived by 14/12/20 I sent a follow up help request. A reply was surprisingly received the same day advising me that the item would be dispatched by 21/12/20. On the 16/12/20 I received an email saying that they could not supply the order and that a refund would be processed (this has been done via pay pal). Curiosity got to me and I decided to check their web site and found that the item was still for sale but now $79. Even more curious I thought I would see if anyone else was having delivery issues and sure enough they were and most were having difficulties with refunds. A few also complained that the Dunlopillos were arriving with mould on the pillow surface.
Have to say, got the same experience. Bought a Christmas present early last month, with expected delivery of 2-3days. A few weeks went by, we followed up, nothing no reply! A few more follow up, they said product coming from Hong Kong, but eventually said it was lost and would provide refund. Still no $ after more than a month of purchase. We're scared of buying stuff off kogan. Although we want this pillow.
I posted that deal after I ordered a pillow. Ordered on 25/11, arrived the next day. Maybe they can't handle the high load after a deal is posted.
Ah, just saw the comments after already ordering, little worried now haha!
The only thing kogan delivers on is SPAM, when you unsubscribe to a mailing list (i never subscribed to any to begin with!) they create a new one and the junk email bombardment begins anew.
Report to ACMA if they do this.

Late reply but they sent me mouldy pillows. I asked for a replacement but they said they didn’t want to as the replacement would have moulds too. Yet, they still list the items.

Avoid kogan, bought 2 of these pillows last time they were on special. Was told how difficult their job was and to "be patient", after 3 weeks they refunded me without permission and never provided the goods at the price i paid for them. Sham company, full of shit.
