The chowbus app over charged $10 on my first order. I had a coupon code entered in the checkout screen, with a total of $13.85 showing, after the $10 discount. After payment, the receipt showed $23.85. My bank app also showed $23.85.
I contacted customer support who refused to provide any assistance. Reading some of the google app reviews, it sounds like other people have had similar experience. I would avoid this company
They should be renamed to “chow squid”. Who can translate? ;)
