Went to KAMBOS in cannigvale (wa) today and saw this deal.
At $99 it's 75% off their rrp. Quite a decent deal. (this can be bought for around $150 from various online stores though)
(as a side rant, I went there to get a Bosch fridge which their junk mail pamphlet said was $1200 but their ticketed price was $1400 sales guy told me some story about the advertisement referring to a older model, but I checked the model number and it was identical. )
Any other stores in WA match this? kambo is too far out.
I am guessing myer or david jones would have it, maybe good guys and harvey?

Went to Kambos to buy a blender a while ago. Was offered a discount on the tickets price but declined till I checked what others had to offer. Checked online and their discounted price was $10 MORE than RRP!!! Went back to Kambos and told them about the RRP online from the manufacturer and after consulting a manager they said they could…….match it !!!
Rang HN and got another $20 knocked off the price on the phone.

Contrary to what was said above, I got a set of these for my wife more than a year ago and are only just getting to the point where they need their first sharpening! I have been amazed how long they have stayed sharp, and put part of it down to the fact that we always hand wash them (i.e. don't put them through the dishwasher) and always store them blade edge up in their block. A decent cutting board is also a good idea. Great value …
Yes … obviously not as good as Shun knives but you could buy a new set of these every year for 5-6 years for the same price of a set of 6 Shuns!

Good price, but the RRP is misleading.
