    • How do you get free gift? It appears to be $5 if you add it to cart

      • Yeah the discount is taken off the final price when you go through checkout

        • Oh yes just realised that after I canceled and re ordered it. Thanks mate

Looks like a pretty good deal - appears to be the best it has been since Myer have stopped double stacking their discounts.

I think it was $230 or something at Target once but GL waiting for that to happen again.

I think this is a good price for a fantastic set

      • Got mine from Myer eBay in 2018 double stack at $239.

  • This thing ever retires? It’s been a long time

      • +1

They won't retire it when it provides these sales .
Haven't you noticed the difference since Disney been at the helm ?

Try a accurate place for retirement than just a retailer site trying to get more sales :)
They are out there with genuine Lego insider input and 10255 is not on the list .

      • Tree House 21318 and Hogwarts Great Hall 75954, for example, were due to retire around Christmas, however Lego are extending their shelf life for another year.

They ain't gonna retire non-exclusive sets that have pent up demand. Lego wants the market share themselves, rather than leaving it for investors.

        • Brickeconomy retirement estimation is based on the lifespan of the modular sets. This, however will not be retired as projected.
It's more likely that Downtown Diner will be retired.

          • @gtr80y: My comment had nothing to do with predicting retirement as brickeconomy does. The sets I mentioned were on the stonewars retirement list, which is the most accurate source. The point was not that the projection didn't hold, but that Lego planned to retire then changed their decision - likely due to observing demand.

            • @DevGuy: My comment was on relation Benaud's comment. Sorry to confuse you.

    • It's a fantastic set, I doubt that it would retire anytime soon, :)

  • Thanks OP!

I purchased using the app as it gave me an extra $10 off - $269 is a great price!

  • Kicking myself so hard for missing this!
