  I would give this a hard pass.

  The combination of an inverted/negative LCD on such a tiny face with microscopic numeral size guarantees you will have needless difficulty trying to read the time on this, unless you're holding your wrist directly under bright, overhead lighting.

  If you want the same form factor, look and module with a readable display, go for either the classic DW-5600 or the G-5600E (basically the solar-powered version of the DW-5600). A bit more pricey, but well worth it for the legibility.
