  Yeah we've just polished off a pack of this smoked salmon, took 2 adults about a week. My general rule of thumb is to buy smoked salmon if it's less than $3 per 100 grams, and decent quality, and this certainly qualifies. From Denmark, tastes great, we had it on sandwiches with capers for lunch, or at night on summer seafood salads with lettuce topped with this salmon + prawns ($25 for a kilo of fresh Australian prawns currently at aldi, need to peel them though and that's the slowest bit of the whole salad, we had about a 1/3rd of a kilo per night) + lobster ($20 for a cooked lobster at Harris farm, but they don't wrap it in paper, so it tends to leak onto and ruin whatever bag it's in, so use a cheap plastic bag or insist they wrap it in paper too) + some chunks of Honey Gold mango ($2.49 each currently at Aldi), and a few green olives, a bit of feta, and then serve with toasted buttered sourdough and your favourite cheese. Delicious, we've had that for 4 nights in row, and still not bored of it.
