Hi,
I bought an Aldi Stirling Robotic Vacuum a few years ago and after trying it in our apartment a few times; didnt like it and stored it away. Now, we've moved to a larger house and thought i'll try it here as there is less places to get stuck.
However, it keeps stopping with error code E002 after a few seconds. The code says to clear the brush. I have taken the brush out and cleaned out and made sure there is no hair wrapped around the pins. I've checked the wheels and the other small brushes and there is nothing there.
Is there something else I need to look at - do I need to unscrew and open it up to see if there is hair stuck someone internally?
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Cheers.
The sensor is often RPM based. Pick up the robot after starting it up and check that the brush is spinning. Might need to open it up and add a little machine oil into the axle of the motor.
