    As a shareholder this deal makes me conflicted.

    Hope everyone with reasonable order size (1-2) gets filled. Great Christmas gift for all short on coin.

          @jv, considering your comments in this community, it's a big surprise for me that you never contact Telco Ombudsman (www.tio.com.au). You should complaint to the ombudsman, otherwise Telstra CS will 'play' with your request, like ping pong

            They are very limited in what they can do…

            Pretty much can only release you from a contract or get Telstra to refund you some compensation for something that has already happened. Can do nothing if you choose to stay with them.

      Are you kidding even if they honoured all the orders it will have no impact at all on their bottom line .

        Their bottom line and top line have been doing poorly for some time now, definitely not enough to start throwing out free airbuds to thousand of people with associated postage covered. $500,000 plus in a quarter is not meaningless (granted they certainly wouldn’t have stock levels to meet orders). I agree it is in negligible from a dollar perspective but errors like this are costly and can lead to bigger issues - reputation or program rethink.

    Bummer. There was a chance of getting them for those who ordered before they initially stopped it, but the longer it stays live the lower the chance of receiving.

    Cool. I just received my tracking number for this from StarTrack.

        Ordered 6, received 4 confirmation emails, but only 2 tracking numbers.

            There's a lot more human errors where I work. And I'm glad that things are wrong or late here, you don't want anal attention to detail like Japan.
