First time poster so let's see how I go..
Been keeping an eye on this since I got my new iPhone 12 Pro and wanted something that would charge my watch, phone and Airpods together reliably. Belkin stuff I know is notoriously expensive but you are paying for a decent product so ~25% off RRP of $199 is a good saving. Brings it down even lower than the next lowest from Skycomp that is $152 + postage; other retailers are $179 then $199, etc. Get it direct from Apple and it is $220 and while it looks different, is exactly the same in terms of charging specs. Comparable to this would be the mophie 3 in 1 which is currently ~$140 on Amazon but arrives after Christmas and reviews seem to show it being not-so-reliable for iPhone 12s.
Probably will be superseded by the newer model just released in the US that is magsafe-only, so this is helpful if you have other non iPhone 12 devices, or not worried about the 7.5W charging speed. For me I don't use a magsafe-compatible case because I don't want to be paying Apple prices for Apple genuine cases so the new model won't be of use for me!

Airpods and watch charging = 5W
Charging puck for the watch Apple watch is part of the dock so no need to use your own which saves one up for use at work, etc.
Price match it at JB, Harvey Norman or Good Guys to use cashback, vouchers, Latitude, coupons etc. to reduce the price further (I have price matched at JB and used discounted gift cards bringing it down another 10%!).
