What would be the average compensation amount for someone with 5-6% WPI in VIC? I would like to know if its worth pursuing the case or not.

If you were injured on the job you should probably follow it up out of principal, even if you were 100% sure it would fail and were unconcerned about not winning it. It could help save a future employee from the same or other injuries.
