50

Pretty decent price, and beats Woolworths who have the same deodorant on sale at the moment for $3.50.

  • Just get roll on, it ends up so much cheaper and better for everybody ;-)

    • Roll on gets very sticky on my shirts, so i switched to spray a few years ago. I always but them at this price, they are discounted very often and i but 10+ just to avoid paying full price.

      • Same.

      • When do you roll on? You are meant to do it 10-12 hours before you need it. I do it when I go to bed, or the very first thing when I wake up 10-15 mins before I apply roll on. For me, spray is worse for the environment, is less effective for me (required to be applied many hours before being effective) and gets white dust over my black shirts. They last longer, they are cheaper, and if you buy an actual good one, is more effective.

Ah, i had no idea about that! I used to roll on after getting out of the shower, and would wait a couple of minutes between application and print on my shirt to let it dry a bit in an attempt to prevent stickiness and strains.

My issue with the roll on is that I don't always know if it is "on" so I keep rolling until my underarm looks wet and then I know it's on. At least with the spray I know it's on because I see it apply. I agree that roll on is better for the environment but I also end up wasting some of it because you can never get that last bit at the end because you can't be bothered waiting for it to run down the roll on when you turn it upside down.

I use Rexona cans and I find it lasts me 3 - 3.5 months per can when used once in the morning (don't use deodorant after my shower at night) while I only get maybe 1.5 moths out of a roll on. I now only use a roll on when I travel because of on flight liquid limitations.

@D1977: Store it so that the roller is on the bottom, will work 100% first time, just assume it works or give your underarm a quick smell. If you feel wet, you have applied toooooo much, it should feel dry which is the point of deoderant. If you solve that application problem, you will find the roll on lasts more than double and costs almost half, with all the benefits too.

            • @onlinepred: Thanks for the advice but I'll stick to the cans, that way there is no second guessing if I got it on or not. Rolls on have their place and will continue to use them when travelling.
