Everything seems to work fine for me now, as of 11:38PM or so; YT, Google search, etc
Looks like services are back, just a glitch in the Matrix.
Saw somewhere that is likely account authentication issues, hence services like Youtube worked in incognito (as you don't have to sign in).
Google owned websites are down. Including gmail and google maps
