[Amazon AU] New Extra 10% Saving on Select Items for Prime Members

I just noticed this: If you look under the price it says "Join Prime to save $1.20 on this item" which is 10% off.

Seems to be only select items, but worth knowing I guess.
1 month Prime Trial expired so this is all I know.

I wonder if it is 10% off for joining (only once), or Prime Members get an extra 10% off on all select items…

I've got Prime and it shows 10% off for me as a Prime member. I certainly wouldn't say it's common as I buy a fair bit via Amazon and would've noticed it I'm sure.

  So Prime members get an extra 10% off as many times they want.
  Limited to a few items I guess, I thought it may be on others but maybe its only on a small amount.

Sounds good. I think Amazon need to do something to be more competitive instead of simply matching prices all the time, this is a good way to go about it.

  If price is actually lower by 10% than before than I guess it is generally good.
  But I am just standard Amazon user so I guess it is also bad, they are trying to pressure people to pay for Prime subscription.
