Is Suncorp Rewards Working for Anyone? (Helpline Advises Fixed by Tomorrow Night)

I tried using Suncorp rewards today and when I'd click "add to cart" I'd get an error telling me I had no policy.

Somehow its vanished from my account. I found the valid policy and tried adding it to my account only to get an error message. I tried adding it again and get a message telling me its already been added, even though its still not there. As a result, I still can't buy gift cards.

I rang the helpline and they told me it should be fixed by tomorrow night, but that doesn't help me much as the stores down to the last item that I'm after

  Used it 20 mins ago at JB worked fine for me

  I encountered this when my CTP policy renewed; I had to manually re-link/sign out/etc to try and get it to cooperate.

  Can't remember the exact process sorry
