    When i did this at Chatswood a while back, they don't ask for proof of the name, but the computer has a list of banned words. They were even asking people if they had another name or nickname, because things like Candy were banned.

  I saw it today but didnt bother. a whole group of school kids were lined up and it would take a while, couldnt be bothered.
