Huh, didn't think the Switch had any good non-arcade racing games. Between these, Burnout, and Hot Pursuit, it's not a bad time to get a Switch if you like racing games

Pity can’t get Forza Horizon 4 on switch :)Since the Switch doesn't have analog triggers (no fine throttle/brake control), you're better off picking up more arcade-y games. Not that the simcades will be horribly bad, you can still give them a shot if you'd like.
Personally, Burnout Paradise Remastered has been a blast. I had the original on my Xbox way back when, so I was pleasantly surprised when the Switch version ran as well as it did. Totally worth it for some quick and dirty fun
Some 8BitDo controllers have analogue triggers. WRC8 is a lot more fun with them.
And if you don't have one of those, you can also map the throttle to one of the sticks. It's a bit weird at first to but not too bad once you get used to it

I believe you can buy the game through desktop.
I goggle a bit and only managed to find a US link which I added to my wish list but then it gives error

I think I get what you mean. I don’t think there is AU landing page for you to browse all the games. You can only do it on the switch device. Alternatively, you search for the game "site:ec.nintendo.com (game name here)"
