Ordered something from Shavershop recently got the courier today.
Opened the box to notice that the box was previously opened and resealed with cellophane on top of the existing one. Such deceptive and wrong practice by Shavershop to send opened boxes as new.
What are my options now?

Is the actual product inside untouched. It wouldn't be uncommon for the tape or seal to split. So they would reseal it.
Considering the product, I would hope so. Check where those circles are.
the entire cellophane tape on both sides of the box as been split open & another one stuck on top of it.
Manufacturers should stop sealing their boxes. Consumers are the ones that ends up paying for this.
It seems "All" of their boxes of this product have the seal cut and resealed in their workshop (as per their customer rep). Seems something dodgy is definitely going on here?
Contact them and ask for either a refund or replacement.
