  • Thanks hamza23 .Ordered.

  • My 45 pack from last deal almost finished. What's the difference between this gold one?

    • Gold is 4ply, the other one you got prob was 3ply

      • Ok, thanks.

    • This is 4 ply. The 45 pack is 3 ply

    • +2

      Less sheets per roll.

    • 4 ply loves you back more :-) :-) :-) :-)

    • Gold blocks toilets 3 ply doesn't.
Gold better for your butt, 3 ply meh.

      • +1

What exactly are all these people complaining of blocked toilets putting in them - or themselves?

        • +5

It’s all the scrunchers, they should never be given 4 ply
There should be a warning on the packet with a photo of the consequences

  • Aldi cheaper isn't it?

    • +2

There are many others cheaper roll, are quality the same? It is very personal.

Each bum is different, buy the one suit you with the right price point

      • There is always something wrong with this 4 plys.
Sometimes they're not even the same size. Sometimes just 3ply and the 4th one is just falling off.
        edit: wrong reply.

    • -3

Tp is free from public toilets

      • +10

So is water from public toilets. But do you drink from there everytime of the day?

      • Do you pay taxes?

        • -1

Millionaires and low-income earners don't pay taxes. Only those in the middle do.

  • +8

Thanks for the deal have been wiping with leaves for weeks

    • +3

Makes note to never shake ken's hand

  • Thanks OP got one

  • +13

3 ply quilton best price is normally around 20c per 100 sheets. This 4 ply TP works out to be 29c per 100 sheets. So this is about 50% more expensive for 33% more toilet paper (1 extra ply).

    • +4

Ahh, but what if your bum needs 4 ply?

I fold 3 ply twice meaning I end up using twice as much. 4 ply is just the right amount of thickness to only require a single fold.

Money saved and no brown fingertips. Win/win!

      • Tmi lol also not applicable to scrunchers

  • thanks

  • +1

Definitely rate this (the Gold, not regular) the best TP we've tried. Similar in quality to the Kleenex, but Quilton Gold doesn't clog your drains. Choice.com.au agrees.

    • None of the tissues have ever clogges drains at my place. Does it have to do anything with 2-ply or 3-ply anyway?

    • As do I. Kleenex Cottonelle should be outlawed.

This is the Gold standard. Thanks OP!

    • $13.00 < $12.38?

      • It is $13.75.. $12.38 in Sub & Save, which is not an option for many people!

        • +2

Why is it not an option? Order with S&S and then cancel if you don't want to get any more.

  • 3p is enough

  • +1

$12 exact with 3% discounted GC via Suncorp

  • +1

    Nice deal.
I've been using cheap tp lately but with some water (using a spray gun I keep filled). Its honestly way better than just using any paper on its own.

I don't have a bidet but this hack does a reasonable job.

    • +1

      TA of the year lol

    • +1

Wow, a new benchmark has been set.

  • It's only $8 for 24 at Aldi every day of the week, 3 ply butt

  • 3p is rough as, it's garbage.

4p is definitely a lot softer

  • -8

I went for this deal during the amazon prime day deals.
Signed up for sub & save for regularly delivery.

Bumped the price on the next delivery straight to $15.75

    • +3

You do not get the reduced price for the next delivery (unless the it is on special again). The trick is to cancel the S&S after you get the delivery and then wait for the next price reduction and repeat.

  • Not sure if anyone noticed about subscribe to get further discount. When ones subscribed to one of these, make sure to unsubscribe otherwise you get docked automatically for every set date.

    • +3

If they didn't notice, using toilet paper may be beyond them.

Subscribe and Save discount was noted in the original post - including the title - and multiple times in subsequent comments.

  • Woolies this week has the 12pk for $5.50, works out pretty much the same as $13.75 for 30pk but in smaller packs for flexibility

    • +2

      Yep, mentioned in the OP:

      Looks like they are matching Woolworths $5.50 12pk ($0.458/Roll) = $13.75 30pk ($0.458/Roll) + additional 10% off with Amazon subscribe & save ($0.412/Roll).

    • But $12.38 with Sub & Save

  • Back in stock, but S&S doesn't seem to be available now.
