Hi all,
Last week i purchased a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse via Harvey Norman Online. The Warnambool store shipped it to me (metro melbourne) and it was delivered last Sunday noon.
I opened the parcel in the afternoon (Sunday) and noticed the mouse was not a new one, hence i contacted them via email and online chat straight away (no phone number).
They have not contacted me (Wednesday morning). I made a follow up inquiry and the online staff told me
I needed to visit my local store and they will be able to assist further..
Really? I thought each Harvey Norman is owned privately …. ?
Issues found after opening the parcel:
- The logitech box seal was broken.
- The internal box was broken and sticked together with sticky tape.
- The mouse’s power was ON and the light was blinking.
- The instruction sticker appeared to have been removed and re-attached to the bottom of the mouse.
What is my option now? Going to the local store ?
