    I don't see why not. it's the same active ingredient, Benzalkonium, as in Canestan Hygiene Laundry Rinse. That's if you don't mind your clothes smelling like Pine O Cleen. A lot of household disinfectants and antiseptics are made from this same active ingredient. Even wipes.

    Canestan, you put in the softener compartment, rinses after the clothes have been washed.
