Came across this at the Cashrewards website. 10% Cashback, plus 2000 Bonus Flybuys points when spending $50.

I've got a (targeted) spend $45 3 weeks in a row for 10000 points or $50 promo going, this is week 2 that I can stack extra points and Cashback :-)

  • A C&C order was placed yesterday, email confirmation received, but it never appeared on my account and still not ready for pick-up. There is something wrong with their system.

    • Same thing happened to me. I phoned their 1300 yesterday arvo number and sent of an email this morning.

      Just got a reply that due to a system error the order didn't flow through correctly. Option to refund or process the order again.

      • Same thing, got an email asking to send a proof of order/payment.. Haven't got a clarification about 2000 points bonus and 10% cashback with a reprocessed order yet

  • Did anyone receive their flybuys points already in their account? I received 1 point per dollar but not the 2000 bonus points

        I did try to contact them but waited on the line for over half an hour and then gave up. Funny thing was the estimated wait time was forever 20 mins.

        • I am requesting a refund via PayPal now. Coles IT failed again.

          • @alexshel: I think it is Liquorland's site failed. Mine were weird. First transaction registered but only received base points. Second transaction registered as $0 so no base points but received 2000 Flybuys points. I am soooooo confused.

            BTW, how do you request a refund via Paypal? Is it easy to do? I guess you must have to give a valid reason. Thanks.

            • @apple0604: Via PayPal website, find the transaction and there will be obvious link. You request a refund and it goes to the seller first. Obviously Liquorland staff would have to check on their end and refund, or provide evidence that you picked up your order. If not, you can ask PayPal to step in.

              • @alexshel: I just tried to request a refund via PayPal. I clicked on the relevant transaction the it shoes me transaction details, receipt no and so on. I can't find the link to request for refund. What have I missed?

                BTW, I am using PayPal app.

                • @apple0604: You need to use a browser on desktop, or mobile browser with Desktop view.
                  No such functionality on mobile app.

  • Is there a flybuys contact email? Only received base points, no bonus. Annoying

    • I think you need to contact Liquorland, this was their promotion. Email is on their website.

        When will my flybuys and Bonus flybuys points appear on my statement?
        Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day your online order is placed for your flybuys points to appear on your statement. It's important to remember that any bonus points earned will be applied up to 4 weeks after the end of the promotion, in line with the terms and conditions on the flybuys website.
