Decent Monitor for under $350

Good evening,

A mate is putting together a system (Ryzen 3600) and wants opinions on what monitor it to get.

He will be doing some basic photo editing and doesn't have the best vision, so he would prefer at least a 27".

What monitor would you suggest for under $350? He wants to get it from PCCG or Officeworks.
