    IP infringements? You're kidding right. Besides the Portal gun which was done as a direct promotion through Steam (guess who owns steam?) I see none of what you talk about. If the gaming industry got mired in frivilous patent law suits the only games we would have now would be Pong and Solitaire.

  It was great until people who hacked their weapons (and therefore hacked levels and heaps of Mana) made the game not so much fun (atleast for me).

  My friend says that hacking is done with CHEAT ENGINE. and i thought a game developer would at least shield their game from something so mediocre.
