Hello, just receive this email from Animoto.com (its a site that makes videos for you, perfect if your not a pro video editor, like me ><) anyways so this email basically says if you subscribe to a 1 year of pro account (which I have and use to make a lot of company videos) you get 3 months FREE and my benefit from this deal is I also get 3 FREE months as well.

Basically a 1 year pro subscription is $249/year or you can choose to pay-by-month which is $39/month. So you do the maths, you'll save 50% if you sub for a year + the 3 Free months. It's a pretty sweet deal, even to me and I am a full 1 year subscriber.

Fully recommended, if you are into video producing and this saves a lot of time and plenty of templates available and the plus side is that they are always adding more. =D

    Just looked up the Animoto website via google and they're a video SLIDESHOW making website.

    I'm pretty sure you can use Windows movie maker for that kind of thing.

      don't be so negative! i have used animoto in the past and it's a really cool program, especially for those lazy/not experienced users. is it's free for 3 months it definitely deserves a +. the affiliare/referral link deserves a - though

    Look, because i am a pro subscriber on animoto so I got this offer via email. If I can give out coupon code that's not via referral, i would. But I can't find any other way to offer 3 months free. And it's not a spam. :)

    Fair enough it's a referral link - but he did clearly state in his narrative that that was the case, referring both to what we get for free, and to what he then also gets. +1 for the effort.

    dklicious - why do you like this? Why would you pay monthly when you can buy software to do this for a one-off cost?

    I used animoto to make an awesome slide show of our wedding photos, it was cheap enough @ $3 for a HD version of the video that could be converted to DVD and is much better than boring photos.

    The slide show transitions are pretty effective and are timed well to the music.

    Perfect for the one off, you would only subscribe if you need to use it ongoing.
