Warranty Starting Date for PC Components

Hello OzBargainers,

First time PC builder here, I'm wondering when do warranty date start if I purchase a PC component online?

Does it start on the date of purchase on the invoice, or the date in which the component arrives?

Considering the current logistic and supply issues, the date for which the compnent arrives might be more than 1 month after the date of purchase.

Invoice starts with date of purchase, which is usually the same day they ship it to you. If the item is shipped after the purchase date, then its usually the shipment date the invoice is generated from.
