I bought a multicooker that arrived today. When I checked the item, I noticed the top of the inner pot has a scratch like it was briefly dragged on a concrete floor. Requested a refund.
Now, I am just wondering what others do if they receive a good that seems used, damaged, or display stock when bought new.
Do you guys request refund? Or just use them?

If I buy a new item and pay new item price, I expect a new item.
Yeah I feel the same. I just created the poll to see if I'm being too sensitive about those. I'm interested to see the result of the poll.
That why there is a product category called seconds.
I would not ask for a refund if the damage doesn't affect the usage (eg a scratch on a pot might get rusted, but a scratch on the plastic pot lid grip wouldn't affect anything)
Damn, I have issues if the box is scratched… If the product was damaged… oh boy… It's on like Donkey Kong.
A refund or replacement.
If it's just a scratch or there's a small amount of superficial damage, a chip, ex-display etc., I expect a discount but otherwise, if something is new I expect it to be in new condition, not 'as new but damaged condition'.
Depends on the item.
