I have just got assured firm zzz atrlier mattress but the thickness of mattress is just 20cm which is very low compare to my old mattress of 36cm.
Firmness is good for my partner and I am also adjusting to it.
But I want to add mattress topper of 8cm to increase the height and also the gap under headrest i see because of low height of mattress.
any suggestions for thick mattress topper that will keep the firmness?

Get ready for the refund from ZZZ and book a council rubbish pick up for the future.
Make sure you keep the purchase receipts.
The problem is that the ZZZ reviews are quite fresh from owning it (it was good for me at the start too) and tbh, hardly anyone is going to review after owning it for several years.
In my case, it sagged on one particular area and the springs lost its stiffness after 2 years.
Buy something cheap (countermeasure) to reinforce your (temporary) issue if you can.

Maybe ikea ones https://www.ikea.com/au/en/cat/mattress-toppers-24826/ but they aren’t cheap.
Depending on your frame you could also see if there is a way to raise the slats within the frame or lift the overall height of the base to get the height you want.

I just received the queen version of this mattress.
I'm really disappointed.
I'm almost 120kg, and the fact that it has ZERO give in the springs at 120, is just insane to me.
I personally purchased it because someone who said they were 80kg said their butt and shoulders still sink a little for even support…. I call BS.
I absolutely wanted a firm mattress for my back issues; but I didnt expect the springs to be this insane.
Thats $200 down the drain for me.
They should list a recommended weight; if the springs dont have any give before 150kg or or so, they should say as such.
try getting a mattress topper tontine one or something else from ebay memory foam, 8cm thick . you might feel better
Yep, thats the plan otherwise ill just call it a learning experience.
Gotta say, though, the construction is topnotch!
tbh I am quite happy with mattres, im 80kg
my only issue is its not thick enough to cover gap between my bed head and base and pillows fall behind

Trust me, it'll last you about 3 years before you toss it.
Just buy a better mattress that is not in a box
