Where Can I Use Prepaid Virtual Visa Debit Card (US$25) ?

Got a virtual US$25 Visa debit card but cannot use in PayPal or some major online mechanisms. Just wondering anyone knows how to use this sort of card? The issuer is prepaid digital solution.

    Yep, don't link it to paypal, just pay directly with the card and it should work (though a few places may not accept it)

  Don't try to link it to zip pay or anything like that. It'll do a check on the card and your balance will go down, I don't know if they can put it back or not.

  Aliexpress is a good option since you can just pay in USD - easier to track and no loss on foreign currency charges

    It may not work due to the fact that it is a prepaid card. I remember it did not take my prepaid AUD VISA in 2017.
